RETURN POLICY

Lotfi Replay pieces are made using repurposed materials. Signs of natural wear and aging, including fading or other signs pointing to the garment’s previous life, are to be expected.

If you have received your correct order and are not satisfied with the garment’s fit, please send us an email to info@lotfilotfi.com. Your satisfaction is important to us. In some cases, we may be able to offer alterations to the garment to ensure the best fit. 

If you would like to exchange your garment for a different size, please email info@lotfilotfi.com to initiate the exchange process. All exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you would like to return your order, please email info@lotfilotfi.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include: 

  • Your name

  • Your order number

  • Your email

For international returns:

Please allow 1-2 days for your request to be processed Please note, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our office for international returns, and will incur the shipping cost.

International Customs & Duties

All international taxes, customs and import duties will be billed to the recipient by the courier when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient.

DISCOUNTS

We cannot credit discounts or discount codes after purchase has taken place.

 

SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

All shipments within the U.S. are sent by USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise instructed.


International shipments will be sent USPS First Class International mail unless other arrangements are made prior to shipping. For buyers interested in Delivery

Shipping fees do not include import duties, VAT or tariffs; these are the responsibility of the customer and are usually collected upon delivery. Lotfi is not responsible for payment of this duty.
